Our story
It started with the box
Most chocolate arrives in something you throw away. Meltora began with the opposite thought: that the thing holding the gift should be worth keeping long after the last piece is gone.
We started in Riyadh, in a city where a gift is rarely just a gift. It marks a visit, a wedding, a graduation, a first day, a homecoming. It is set down on a table and looked at before it is ever opened. A gift here carries the standards of the person giving it — so the box deserves as much thought as what sits inside.
So we built the two together. Belgian chocolate, made in small batches by hands trained in a tradition that has been refined for two centuries. And around it a coffret shaped, embossed and finished to be kept — a line drawn from the dunes, pressed into copper and cream, sculpted rather than printed.
The chocolate is the craft. The box is the gesture. Neither is finished without the other.
Meltora is opening its first boutique in Riyadh: a place to choose a gift slowly, to have it composed and wrapped in front of you, and to leave holding something that already looks like an occasion.

Our chocolate follows the Belgian method — tempered properly, filled by hand, made in small batches so nothing sits. Our boxes follow a line drawn from the dunes, pressed into copper and cream. One is the craft, the other is the gesture. We develop them together, never separately.
